Raybestos or Ac Delco Rotors?
I need to order some spare rotors and got to thinking...
Due to the recent switch to Chinese manufacturing of the NAPA and Raybestos rotors, does it make sense to spend the extra $5 per rotor for the AC Delcos (through rockauto)? Are they made in the US or Canada, or are they now Chinese too?
Thanks,
cj

Well ... I just got two fronts from them ... paid a dollar more for the AC Delco over the "premium" Raybestos ... sumpin like $25 & change each plus shipping ...came to just under $70. bux the pair to MD.
Sad to report ... they're chinese as well ... like Au N Egl reported ... black paint on the edges.

Or you can go with the OEM rotors which are made in Brazil.

I ordered the AC Delco $$$ a year or two ago. They were the same as the Raybestos PG Plus $$, which were the same as the Raybestos Redline $ rotors. All cast in Canada by the same company, just in different boxes and different prices.
Too bad they went to China. I hope the guy who made that decision gets his job outsourced to India.
