Tiretown Events - Kirtland, Ohio
Tiretown Corvette Club will be hosting low-speed/autocross events this weekend (October 6th & 7th) at Lakeland Community College in Kirtland, Ohio. There will be 8 NCCC events over the two-day weekend.
We always try to set up a good event, and we like to go fast (even in parking lots)!
There should be a gathering Saturday evening somewhere in the vicinity. There will be a lot of stories told (mostly lies) and fun to be had by all.
C'mon out and join us. Flyer info below.

Fast cars, good times, cold beers, & lots of great stories. I personally don't know one Tiretown member that has ever told a lie.. Not Capt. Jack, not Geoff G, not Pancho T. not Rob O, not a lie would be told by these fine men.
Have fun,

For anyone that has never ran with the TireTown group, you don't know what you are missing.

I'm sorry, I temporarily forgot that the Capt. was a Southern boy. That explains how he gets that 180HP'd dino to run 12.75 in the 1/4. Us southerners are smart & HONEST.

VERY bad experiences with a few Corvette Clev jerks. That said it is absolutely unfair to paint a whole group of truely good people based on the action of a very few, for that I owe the innocent an apology. Hoooowever the few jerks you have spoil the barrel for me, I'll pass.
I'll refrain from throwing out names......but I'm sure it would not be hard for anyone to figure out who the mouthy pain in the a$$e$ are in the group.
I truely hope you have a great event.
Best wishes

I wonder if you and I dealt with the same person. I went SCCA racing because of them...they wouldn't let me prove my on-track abilities. The rules made sense, but the way it was communicated to me rubbed me the wrong way. This was in spring of 2003. One month later I am going down the path I am on now...maybe I owe them a "thank you?"
Oh well.
