I've mounted the Sumi HTR-Z in 315-35-17 on 11x17 AFS rims all four corners. I'm surprised that a $95.00 tire is better than the Yoko AVS Sport for traction. Also better than the Kumho Victor Racers for street racing. Just a subjective comment, no real track time comparisons.

I used the Sumo's on my 96' LT4 including a track day. great tire for the money.

I replace my AVS sports with Sumitomos.They do alot better for autox than the AVS sports did wet or dry.
