Default New from Hardbar

This is probably the most awaited product that we have ever made. Now all of you tall guys do not have to go elsewhere. It is a CNC billet steel device that allows you to offset the Hardbar harness bar to the rear and allows about +/- 1 inch of height adjustment as well. It is a simple bolt on (plastic interior panels need to be modified) piece and the factory seat belts and bolts are retained. It fits all Hardbar harness bars with the exception of the GTO and Mini Cooper. This makes the Hardbar the only harness bar that has offset and height adjustment and only adds 2.25 pounds so even with this addition it is still the lightest and now, the only harness bar that adjusts for maximum safety and comfort for all drivers.
It is in stock for immediate delivery:

Thanks,
Gary

Gary, this is very good news. I'll be ordering one later this winter. Any word about the seat rails I ordered? Thanks!

This pic shows my car after I installed one of the first units to give Gary some feedback. Installation is pretty simple and can be done by one person.

My advice: get all the bolts started and leave them loose, you then have what is basically a 3-link system. Then slowly tighten everything evenly so it pulls itself into position. Adjust for hieght and get it level then tighten everything down. Done.

I have used it @ NHIS, Lime Rock and during two autocrosses and the harness bar is still rock solid!

What's the situation on the interior side panels? I know that pre-modified interior panels are available for the harness bar. Can they be used with this harness bar "extender?"

No, because the bar is adjustable 3 positions rearward, and some height adjustment is available. I will include a template though.

Gary... this is why I sold your bar and went w/ a BK. Being 6'4" I needed full seat travel on the street. Good to see you listening to customers and developing product.

Awesome

I just got my extensions.

Soon I will install and send pictures of the modified panels and final install.
