Stelvio Pass in Europe! WOW
I was reading one of the latest Motor Trends and saw this place where they took a newer Caddy. All I can say is WOW, what an awesome road. Even Stirling Moss back in the day enjoyed it and went off somewhere here.
There are many videos on youtube, but here is a simple one

Beautiful winding road, yes.
Italy has quite a few famous and astonishing driving paradise roads like this, one of them is the 'amalfitana coast', down south, 50 miles from napoli on the Salerno province...just 10 miles from where is my family home. About 10 miles of winding drive on the edge of the sea, good tarmac, dangerouse, only for experienced drivers if you want to test yourself and your car, and often left alone from police...
I used to road race every saturday afternoon with my fully modded harley (against ducatis )...For those who visit the neapolitan area just an advice: visit it!

I drove it this summer and YES it is very nice, it is also very high altitude, i think it is close to 8000 feet.
I was flying up the south side, a bit more slow down on the north side

With normal sized cars, there are a few inches of spare room to share
Meet a bus and you better have good brakes
alot of fun, we have similar roads in Norway, thats how we learn to drive roadracing, we do not have tracks.
Back in old days you could go a "bit faster" than average on narrow roads, without to much problem from the police.
Today racing is worse than stealing, raping, or killing (in Norway)
So we dont street race anymore, honestly we dont
