A great book....
I just finished a fabulous book. The Last Open Road by B. S. Levy.
It's about a young fellow who got into road racing back in the early 50's with Jaguars "C" types and about how the sport draws him in. His story mimics that of many of us. He describes just how addicting it is, and about the people who do it and the fraternity it breeds.
Highly recommended.

I read it earlier this year. It was given to me at VIR by a fellow Vette owner that I helped with a rotor swap. I agree - it is a good read about the early days of our sport.
