Default Lou G and John Page

hello everyone,
I'm just posting about the positive experiences I had in preparing my 02 Z06 for road racing and HPDE's in Europe.
I bought my Z06 while in Iraq in 07. When I got back, I began the process of getting her upgraded for driving in Europe.

I purchased DRM brake ducts and spindle ducts from LG Motorsports, and talked to Lou Gigliotti himself about his entry in GT2.
Myself and several European race fans are very excited about this, and the continuing battle with Aston Martin, who will be fielding a Vantage to go against Lou's C6 and the Porsches and Ferraris in GT2.
We look forward to seeing him at Le Mans this year!

I also had 21st Century Muscle cars install Pfadt Coil Overs and sway bars, and DRM differential and transmission coolers.
Aaron Pfadt suggested John's shop to me and I was not disappointed.

The car is now on a boat headed for Germany, Ill take her on the Nurburgring and Hockenheim for some testing!

You're going to have a blast over there. I was a Ramstein from 03-06

Nurburgring
Hockenheim
1-on-1 Motorsports at Bitburg once a month
the Autobahn (not as good as it used to be, but still fun in the right places)

Nurburgring

Hockenheim

Autobahn

Check out these 2 sites. I still post on the F-body board and there are a lot of good guys there

Lancer,
I sure do remember your posts about running on the the hockenheimring during the "tourist drives".
I have been in Germany since 01 with my LT1...which was worked on during my deployment to Iraq..and got bumped up to 440HP...its going to be a joy deciding which one to drive every morning during the spring and summer. Hope to see you back in Germany again!

I just noticed this post and found my car (red Z06) in your pictures. It's down there getting a complete makeover and this is the first picture I've seen of it since I shipped it down there last October.

Anyway, you will love Germany for many reasons with driving being one of them. I travel there on business quite a bit and have managed to get some seat time at Hockenheim. Have fun, keep us posted and thanks for the pictures.
