And then I promtly went out and wasted the clutch! :lmao: So much for bedding the brakes...

It'll be dropped off with a repair shop in Richmond after next week...It never ends...

Don't suppose it chews through rotors like your 'vettes used to?

That's one beautiful car - glad to see you tracking it and enjoying it as it was meant to be driven! Mike

I put my car (1993 C4/A4) and my bosses car (2006 997 911 C4S) on the scales at roebling road... Both weighed in at EXACLT 3365 w/out driver... spooky.. those cars are heavier than you think!

OK, well maybe not 3600#... It was cornerweighted at 3564# with the OEM exhaust and wheels, So with the newer wheels, lighter exhaust (By 42#) and bigger brakes, I figure it's about the same!

These cars come from the factory with crossdrilled rotors, and there are few options unless you want to go to 19inch wheels. These particular brake rotors are custom deals from coleman racing. Those cross drilled eat pads like no bodies business!

It's 3654#, but it's allwheel drive, making over 500HP to the wheels, and still has the leather interior, power everything, moonroof and all other creature comforts... Been very happy with this car...Just need a clutch, a new set of tires for the track, and reinstall my rollbar/harnesses!

Mike
