Pad Advice - Z06 or HP+ for a New Guy
Took a friend to Hallett in his basically stock C5 for his first time this past Saturday. He had a blast and will be returning.
He needs pads. He's not overly aggressive and will be running street tires for the foreseeable future. Wants to run the same pads on the street as the track. Will be 85% street and 15% track.
I have new Z06 pads as well as a set of Hawk HP+ in the garage. Which would you guys recommend I put on for him? Also have a set of Hawk HPS but don't really think these would be the best choice.

Either pad will be fine for a non-aggressive driver, but you can cook either if pushed hard. The HP+ pads work fine on my 2900lb track car, but a 3300+ street car can simply burn them up in no time. They also don't work very well on the C6Z06, as they can't handle the 170mph braking zones very well on a car that heavy.
