Best lap at Road Atlanta 1:20.1 with our Corvette GT2 car on Dunlop tires. We eventually all got to be Flat out in Turn 12, which was a rush for sure. 167mph at the bottom of the hill heading into turn 10a.

The sponsor of the car was "12-12-08 The Day The Earth Stood Still" which is a remake of an earlier movie that most of us saw as a kid. (Gort, Klatu......)

No news yet. We do have new design cylinder heads that will be approved for our GT2 car, so the head problem should be gone.

Now we just have to find some funding for the team either from a driver with sponsors or something creative.

Did anyone notice how the Democrat presidential campaign raised $600 million dollars in less than 2 years, which comes out to around $200 every 8.65 seconds on credit cards, 24 hours a day for 300 days straight. Just like here at LGM huh. That is to stay under the $2300 per person limit legally and they say most were under $200.

So why can't we raise enough to race in the ALMS ?? Just one day's take
