I did a track day at Summit Point a month ago, and met an older man with an early black C4 (dedicated track car a little rough around the edges) and Suburban tow rig for sale. I did not get this man’s name, but he was older (mid 60’s), and I think from Pennsylvania. Does anyone know him?? I’d love to find a smoking deal on a track car.

That is WAY too nice of a car for me right now! Best of luck with the sale, it looks very sorted out.

I am looking for an early car (way uglier & cheaper) to thrash around until I learn some technique and to spare my C5 the abuse. I know she’s out there somewhere…

Check the for sale section at tccracing.com. There were a couple of C4's for sale there recently. These are road racing cars, so they will have all of the safety equipment you will need.
