Some places will allow it and some will not.

Most allow SA2000 that I have seen as well as our organization.

Normally for most clubs and race organization will allow the use of helmets from the previous two standards dates; SA2000 and SA2005.

Sa2005 will be good until like 2017...so its a good time to get deals on Sa2005, especially 2008 models, as they are being discounted heavily for new 2009 models.

SA95 was just recently removed from the rule books...you'll need a new helmet before Sa05 is expired.
