Happy Thanksgiving from New Hampshire as well. I am brining the turkey, so we will see how that turns out. The brine recipe is supposed to be really good, it is a mix of water, salt, brown sugar, apple juice, orange juice, nutmeg and cloves, and soak it for 18 hours, then bake for 4-5 hours. I spoke to Randy Rippie last night and he is cooking a wild turkey, wow, so we do have alot to be thankfull for.

Happy Thanksgiving everybody from Savannah,Ga/Roebling Road. We are doing dinner at the hotel today at 5 and then going to consume some COLD ADULT beverages.

Then hit the track friday for the test and tune before doing some TT's sat & sun.

And from NorCal, have a Happy Thanksgiving! Topping my long weekend off with a trip to ThunderHill Monday! Indeed, still a lot to be thankful for . . .

And from Granbury, TX as well! The kids are home, friends are coming over, food is cooking, and last minute cleaning!

Life is good. Remember those that are working today to keep us from being inconvenienced, and especially those that keep us safe (police, fire, hospital, military, etc.)

Have a good one,
Mike
