Did you see the Challenge car FS?
Sweet!
I'm listing this car for a friend:
#44 Corvette Challenge race car is 1 of 30 cars built for the 1989 SCCA Pro Racing Corvette Challenge series. It was driven by Andy Evans.
The car has the following:
Original sealed motor in the car.
Original custom race seats.
Halon Fire system.
5 Dynamag wheels.
Remote mounted Engine computer.
Desert Driveline exhaust that exists out lower rear quarters.
Original roll cage (full cage) #89016
25,981 original miles on car.
The car is stored in a climate controlled garage. It was used for HPDE events at Pocono and Watkins Glen with Trackmasters since retirement, and the ocational Sunday drive/car show. Allways driven to the events, then driven home.
He is looking to get $49,500 for the car. I can e-mail you his info and add if requested. Here are a few pics.

That would be a fun car to own, definitely a piece of Corvette history. The asking price is a large $ premium for the history of the car. $50K would buy a C5 with a cage, full suspension mods, all the goodies and a lot left over for entry fees, consumables and gas.

Way to high a premium
