Was there last year and got busted by the locals for doing a 100ft burnout in the hotel parking lot. They didn't know that Cadillacs made that much smoke

Maybe, maybe not this year.

I'll be down very early on Sunday morning, I like to be there when the sun comes up. I might stop by Saturday for a little bit on the way back from the NCRS show in Kissimmee too.

Well actually I am headed to Sill from the 11th to Feb 27 and Ill be staying in barracks while I am there. I dont know how much free time Ill be having there though. I dont get to Rucker until March 6.

I talked to some buddies who PCS to Rucker at the beginning of Dec and all they have been doing since then is sitting around. They don't think they will start actual training until Feb and wont get to even look at a helicopter until June. If this holds true for me, I might be able to travel down to Sebring again in March.

Either way, the Rolex 24 is a race Id love to get to sometime.

I dont remember seeing any single designated parking area for us vette's last year. PCA usually has a large area near the horseshoe for Porsches. In years past their has been parking hosted by various Florida Corvette clubs. If you have the Grass Roots Motorsports tickets, parking in their area is the way to go.

Looks like a much smaller field this year with expectations to be 55 or less cars in the Rolex. The Jacalone brothers racing out of St. Augustine has brought on Randy Pobst for the race in their 911.. nice to see a small team still in it with some great talent onboard!

I do not think GRM has sold all 400 of their tickets yet - turnout all around may be down.

There is marque parking but I have never seen a Vette spot yet. I park at GRM and mooch food at the PCA spot (since I am a member).

I should be there Friday and Saturday. I don't plan on spending the night though.

I was there for practice but have not decided if I'm there for the races. last year there were 98 cars total. From the light showing for practice and entry list at 60 cars so far. It'll be interesting to see how many cars will actually show up.
