Default Anyone looking to upgrade to 14" brembos and ARE Stage 3 dry sump cheaply?

I am thinking about converting my Z06 back to stock and selling it. Is anyone interested in trading for stock Z06 brakes or oil system for the ARE Stage 3 and brembo 14" breaks + cash.

For the oiling system I would include all the AN fittings, Pro-Lite hoses etc.

For the brakes I have a brand new set of race brake pads, plus brembo street pads and stainless lines.

If anyone is interested make me an offe

Not sure what I paid. The fittings and hoses were quite a bit alone. However I am pretty flexible on price. Here is a link to the system. Price list is linked below, but I think you may need to price it out seperate.

Yes it does, which part doesn't clear the leaf spring? I could check that.

it is mentioned in this thread 5th one down, it later says that a non coil over setup is available, i am not sure what part is changed to make it work with the leaf spring cars, maybe someone else can chime in here

Ya thats the only thing i could have though is the pan doesn't clear the spring. Looks like that could be the problem. However the pan is pretty shallow, so I would really be surprised.

Do you not have coil-overs I take it? Still using stock shocks/springs?

Looks like you can just change out a fitting. It may even be changed out.

It was in the thread you pasted to me. Its that blue fitting on the bottom of the pan. The oil filter can be mounted anyplace you want. I mounted mine in the driver side inner fender.

Don't have a scatter shield, however it would be easy to make something out of aluminum if you are worried about it. As for the fitting, if you are interested let me know what kind of price you had in mind. If it isn't right, I can call ARE and see about getting the correct fitting.

brakes retail for $6995 plus I just paid $600 for another setting of racing pads. The original pads are almost brand new, and so are the racing pads. I was looking to get $4200 + someones z06 brakes.

For the ARE I was looking to get $3500 plus the stock parts from someones car. I have probably $5500 atleast in the ARE setup including all the hoses and fittings, and those are dealer costs.

I have a bunch of other parts I will be selling as well. I thought about selling the entire car for $72k as is, but its probably better to convert it back to stock and then sell the car.

http://www.way2fast.com/carparts.html

Thats a list of parts off the car, their retail cost, and what I would like to get for them. Anyone is interested let me know..

Brembos are six piston, the heads were ported by texas speed, that price is complete swap of heads, so you would get 921 kit as well. Assuming you have stock LS7 heads complete to trade. Honestly don't remember who ported the throttle body, however it was very well done. Intake not sure either. No tuning issues with any of the intake, tb or heads. If you do have them I'd be glad to help you tune your car.

TB is a standard ported z06 tb.

did you sell all your stock parts or something?

that makes it the hardest due to some people keep their stock parts also to return to stock if ya ever sell the car, i learned my lesson after a few heavily modded cars, ya never get the mod $$ back if ya sell it with the car

Ya I did, didn't really expect to one to convert it back to stock. But if I keep it I am going to end up making it a full race car, and I would rather start from a base C6 to do that.
