Milka is a former model from Venezuela.

Citgo is a subsidiary of Venezuela's state-owned oil company, Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA). As such, it ultimately belongs to Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez, an avowedly anti-American leader who counts Fidel Castro among his closest friends. Chávez is Citgo's ONLY shareholder.

Chávez has threatened several times to shutdown 'his' oil flow to US refineries at times when we need oil & gas the most - like after Katrina. He controls 6% of our refining capacity.

Yes, it's all about the money. Milka is just part of his propaganda harem.
