DRM product information
Thank you for purchasing one or more of the following part numbers 70-010, 70-015, 70-022, 70-024, 70-026. Due to the vast amount of different applications and products on the market. These modifications should be done by a qualified tech to ensure the product is being used in the right application. All wheels must still use a hub centric hub either the factory hub or a spacer with a hub built into the design. None of our products can be used or were designed to use without this important hub. This hub has been used on OEM and after market applications for years not only to center the wheel but to also help with the loads onto the wheel studs.
All closed lug nuts must be checked for enough clearance to properly seat on the wheel at full torque. DRM suggests a open lug nut for all racing applications or with our part number 70-015 due to the length of the overall stud. All lug nuts should be inspected and re-torqued @ 100 miles after install. DRM suggests for track usage that wheels get torqued after every time the car comes into the pits or paddock. Please note: only torque after the setup has had some time to cool. Use both hands, one to hold the torque wrench straight and the other to apply the force required to torque the wheel to 100 foot pounds.
Thank you again for choosing DRM for your high performance needs. If you have any questions about your current setup or proposed setup, please contact us @ 763-477-9272 or email us @ drm@dougrippie.com
