Default Rear Brakes: C6Z06?

If you've got a front BBK, would the C6Z06 rear brakes (4-piston) be a good upgrade from the 2-piston C5/C6 rear calipers? They should be less than half the price of a BBK like the Stoptech ST-40 and there are 2-piece rotors available for them.

I use the Wilwood SL4R on our own rotors or the OE rotors. This pic is a little older, the rotors now have the hat inboard of the rotor.
