Question for Turn One P/S Pump users.
I spoke to Jeff at T1 today about the benefits of their pumps. Everything sounded great, but I have a question about the one "trade off" he mentioned by going to the performance pump.
Since his pump delivers a lower volume (10 gal per minute -vs- stock 15 gmp), he says that while turning at very low speeds (like parking) the steering will feel notchy. What are your experiences?
My car is still used often on the street.
Thanks...

One think you can do is replace the line from the pump to the rack with AN. This will give you a little more volume, which was my plan at one time, I'd ask jeff about it, he'd know more.

I have one. My car is track and street driven but not a daily driver.
I was also warned about this when I talked to Jeff but I have never noticed the pump not being able to keep up. I did appreciate being told of the possibility though.
The pump made a huge difference at the track (C4). The best mod I have made.
I also have the Doug Rippie PS hose. Maybe that helps
