Thanks guys.
This is turning out to be a patch work of a season. We need "Bail out money".
Boris and I met in Turn 7 at Sears point in 88 in the corvette challenge. He was just starting his road racing career and I was just RE-starting mine. We raced two seasons together in that series (on different teams) and like most of us in the series, we became good friends.
Think of the crop of Corvette challenge drivers and where they have gone. Jimmy Vasser, PD Cunningham, Fangio jr, Mark Dismore, Tommy Kendall, Lou Gigliotti, and many more who now form a core group of drivers that graduated from the Corvette Challenge. It also taught us all to fight for 2 or 3 Hundredths of a second.
I won enough money in that series to pay for my racing and get the title of my Challenge car PLUS $15,000 at the award banquet. Great series.
At any rate, this will be the first time since 1991 that Boris and I have shared a car together in a race.
Wednesday night the whole team will head to Boris' indoor go cart track, KI Speed in Irvine for a night of tuning up the reflexes.
On top of all that, Boris is truly one exceptional road racers. We are glad that we were able to put this together.
Thanks
See you at the races.

Just friggen awesome, Lou!
It's great to see LG get some good TV and press coverage. Hopefully that will translate to some additional sponsorship opportunities because Americans love to root for 3 things:
1. The underdog.
2. The independent.
3. Other Americans.
You've got them all covered!! That ought to translate into sponsorship $$$ at some point.

The car has movable pedals to accommodate me 5'6 and someone 6'6. The base of the pedal mounting is on rails with an electric ram to move them forward or backward.
It works pretty well, and that allows the seat to be firmly mounted in one place.
