Default Pirelli P Zero Race Slick

How does a Pirelli Race Slick compare to a
1) Hoosier R or A?
2) Toyo R888

Looking to use for HPDE's. Thanks

As far as speed you are in a different league. They will not wear as well as a DOT R.

I assume you are referring to Grand Am scrubs, otherwise disregard.

I run Pirelli P Zero D5 slicks on the Beast.

I start out at 22psi cold. 30 hot is ideal. I also run quite a bit of negative camber up front, 4+.

As far as a Hoosier or Toyo, there is no comparison, but then again the Pirelli is a pure slick so it's not apples to apples. You'll need a very good suspension to get the most out of them, otherwise you're wasting money.
