I've been meaning to post something about the event and to thank all you guys at Spectator Racing for putting on a great event. The weather was great as were the people. Having longer sessions was really nice. It made it easier to work on specific elements.

Sorry I couldn't stay for the after party. I had to get home.

Thanks for posting. Why didn't you post any of my car? Oh right...it's in the shop again.

I like the shot of Rita going sideways coming out of 11...

Did anyone get pictures of the fire coming out of that red C4?

Red C4?? Did Cisler paint his car or are you just keeping up the tradition of roasting C4's on track?

What was the cause and how bad?

I hadn't heard about a fire either. I was at the end of the paddock so probably missed a lot....

My dipstick tube worked its way out of the block and oil was spraying all over the passanger header. Some say I had 3-4 ft flames coming out from under the car but nothing appears to be burnt. By the time I got to the pits the fire was gone.

I did see it and had the camera ready but the flames put themselves out before I got the camera up to shoot. Then when ya came back around they pulled you off the track. It did look cool for what it's worth...
