Default CMP May 1 -3 Questions?

I'm not participating Friday, but I will be arriving sometime around 5.
Is it safe to leave my little tire trailer at the track after registration?

Who else will be there?
What ya driving?

Lots of us camping there overnight. I have and would leave a tire trailer in the paddock overnight. Be sure and say hi. Black Z06 #07.

Feel comfortable leaving your stuff overnight with the NASA SE crowd. Here's a 1 lap video that I can share. Not to say it's the right line (it was my 3rd track weekend ever), but at least it should help you get familar with the track. You guys have fun without me.

Well crap and crapola - The corvette is all of a sudden running on 5 cylinders.
And 4 of them are on the driver side!!

Please don't shun me when I bring the (horrors) V6 Rustang instead.
Gotta put new pads and replace the rear caliper bracket tonight and I'll be heading that way around noon tomorrow. Should be there around the start of the enduro.

Varkwso has already lowered the property value with one Mustang, another won't make any difference.

Had a great time this weekend. 3 days in a row is a bit much for me. I did fri to get some seat time, as I had never been to CMP. The lousy part about it was Fri I really had nobody to walk me through a lot of the track. So all I did Fri was create, and practice bad habits/lines

Here was the FTD on Sat. Give credit to the A6's, because that's a messy lap! Jason gave me plenty of room so I dunno why I went so far off line there, I was trying to not clip his nose and just blew it. I got out in the trash and lost a lot of time.

The 275's aren't too much skinnier than the 295's, but it would have been nice to have had a 10.5" wheel with the 275's. I thought the 275's were a better fit for the 9.5's, which was the only avail wheels I had for this weekend.

I couldn't touch Jason on Sat on his R6's. I did pick up my last session after getting Jeff to show me a few things on his dirt drawings. It helped. Jason slowed about 7 tenths from the previous session, I picked up 2 tenths even though the track was slowing. I should have consulted with Jeff on Sat.

Had fun, me and Jason split a set of tires which is a great deal.

Thanks, guys I love those A6's!

It was an awesome weekend with great friends and competitors. Also, the "new" CMP is alot more enjoyable...I actually had fun driving the track versus the "old" course.
