Default Coil Over vs. F55 dampers

I have an 09 with an F55 package. Am I really loosing out much to coil overs? Plan to hit the track and wondering if the F55 settings cover what I might adjust at the track with coil overs?

Far from an expert so tweaking the coil overs seems a bit over my head.

How much track experience do you have exactly?

If you are just starting out, then leave the car stock and spend the money on track time. You wont be able to use the capability increase you get from coil overs anyway. Just get an alignment and maybe lower the car to start out would be my suggestion but I know that others here with more experience will chime in.
