Is the announcement that a W16 may be used for the 2011 Indy
Car series an April Fool's joke or is the engine in development?

Observe the byline dates.
because my latest issue of RE has a picture and a short story
(on pg 5) again claiming of the W16 is to appear in 2011.
This latest issue (rec'd last wk) is the April edition. They got
me twice.
