I have the sport model. I think that the premium in $ to get the lighter Pro model is very high to save a few ounces in weight. You will never notice the difference when you are wearing the restraint. Be sure to get the sliding tethers, definitely needed for side to side vision - well worth the $

Also have the sport with sliding tethers and love it! You will never feel the difference in weight when you are in the seat.

I have the Pro model because I got a good deal on it.
Because of the way the system is implemented, the only time you'll notice the weight difference is when the system is not in use. Usually at that point, you can take it off...
Unless you're getting a 'deal', save your $ and go with the Sport model.

Just make sure you're getting the correct rake angle (Model 20 or 30) for your seating position requirements.
