Joe - Thanks for posting. Less than a second between best time and the vettes. Sounds like the race will be won in the pits.

The games begin, nobody shows there real cards till qualifying and you should see times drop by at least a second maybe more by all.

Hopefully the Vettes are really sand bagging.

thanks Joe

If they are not that is a huge time loss at the end of a race. I'll watch now at least they have someone to race besides #3 vs. #4

What sort of power and weight are we looking at with GT2 cars?

they have real-time lap timing in the cars......they won't turn it up until they need to. I would be really surprised if they aren't leaving quite a bit for the race.

Barring weather, Qualy will see times in the 1:20.xx range (maybe even a 1:19) at the front, so everyone is baggin it right now. Just shaking the cars down. Times will be closer to race laps tomorrow.

That is cool, looking at the times actually makes me more impressed with some of the amateur times being run with amateur built & set up cars.

That is a good showing for the first time out. The race should be interesting. I've got the Tivo set up...
