The ultimate cold air -- ram air; The "LG SUPER RAM" Coming in next couple of weeks. second prototype will be in and test fit next week.


The Green lid gets replaced with the air intake to the engine.

Notice the separation of the intake air from the radiator air. this separation is not present in other cold air systems and this makes this a true Ram Air.

Only cold air from the front enters the Super Ram, and through a panel filter then to the engine with about 14 inches of water pressure. >Track tested with instrumentation<


The Lid will be in Carbon and it will NOT have the side mounting tabs since they will be unnecessary since it is mounted to the engine and the filter area.

At what speed was that?

150 mph was where it reach that number. It was over 10 very early but it was clearly a Positive pressure and the IAT was ambient.

What about fitment? C6 only, or are you making a C5 version?

right now, C6z and C6 but I don't think it would take much to fit it to a C5.

When we get one, I will have a look at the C5 fitment.

I did a new Vararam this week for the Rd Atl HPDE. Kept throwing the 1515 code everytime I got above 130 and would go to Reduced Engine Power(?). If you need a C5Z donor car to try one for some track days, I have 3 over the next 6 weeks at VIR. I would gladly run some tests for you.
