Do I have enough brake pad for one event (pics)?
Front side of C6 Z pads
Rear side. This is the side that concerns me, note the topmost padlet. Are those metal pieces up against the pad squealers?
It seems to me there isn't much pad left! I only have 6k street miles on them. Any one venture a guess as to if I will have enough pad for a day of T-Hill?

Looks to me like there's a lot of pad remaining.
I think what you're calling a pad squealer is actually just that spring that helps hold the padlet in place. You've got the pads/pistons pushed back in the picture. When the piston pushes the pad up against the rotor that spring won't move and there will be a lot more distance between the spring and the face of the pad.
Anyway....they look good to me!

Awesome! I was starting to get worked up for nuthin'
Your right about the pads being pushed back. I did that on the drivers side to ease installation of the caliper on the new rotor. However, I did not push the pads back on the passenger side and the spring that helps hold the padlet in place was close to the edge of the pad as well.
Anyway, thanks for the quick response!!

Thanks for the tip! I could use a stiffer pedal and the braided steel lines would help. Going in for a full Motul flush tomorrow, that may help some (but not as much as steel braided lines).

The brake feel really starts to suck as you run out of pad and especially if the pad is tapered front to back. I think yours are OK, but you'll have better feel with fresh pads.
