Hey,

so I just picked up some used phadt coilovers and I was curious what you guys would recomend I start at with the adjustments?

I am running them in a c5Z making 470rwhp, T1 bars, 18"Z wheels on toyo ra1's. Car is mostly street drivin but is going to see some track time as well.

I have the same setup, but 100 less hp. Post up in the Norcal section when you want to go to a track day. We have a bunch of guys that go regularly. You can just start with the recommended settings of 10/10 and go from there. I have changed mine slightly, but since I'm still a noob to tracks I will let the more experienced folks chime in. See you out there .

Mine are at 8. 16 max.

10 and 10 is a good starting point for the track (back all the way off - counter clockwise - and then click 10 clicks clockwise.

For the street start with 6 and 6 and 6 and adjust based upon what feels comfortable to you.

You should have a total adjustment of 16 clicks.
