required routing holes for shoulder and anti-submarine belts when using a 5/6 point harness?

I've seen pictures where some people have run the should harness belts through the open part near the seat top but wondered what they did for anti-submarine belts.

I modified my Z06 seats to allow for the shoulder belts to pass through then used Crow 6 Point harnesses with BK mounting kit ..... not a bad package but will move to a track seat with next years budget :-)

run the sub belt up between the seat bottom and seat back.
