Default Front lower control arm replacement

I have a thread in C6 tech, but not getting much love over there.

I am sure some of you guys have done this a few (dozen) times. Would you mind replying to my C6 tech thread?

Thanks!

Piece of cake. 3 bolts and loosen the lower shock mounts. Use a breaker bar and 1/2 inch drive sockets, because they are on there tight. Use a allen wrench to hold the ball joint in place while you tighten the nut.

Use a floor jack to hold the leaf spring up. Thats about all there is to it.

If you do the uppers, just be careful you don't crossthread the nut serts in the frame.

all the best.
