Default [VIDEO] Corvettes @ Carlisle Track Day

This is a couple weeks late but I thought I'd post up some video from the C@C track day at Summit Point. The first couple laps are just me running around with no traffic but the next three laps give you a good indication of the breadth of different cars that were there.

Most of the other Corvette track events I've been to have been mostly C5 and C6's with a few C4s. This is the first track day where I've been on track with C6, C5, C4, C3, and even a C2 at once - pretty cool to have almost all the generations represented.

Thanks again to the CVCC folks for putting on a really great event.

Look’s like it was a blast. I like the Andy video too
It look like he liked he had a much better time with your car than with mine

It was a great event with a lot of run time for everyone. The C2 car was actually a salvage title C5 that had been rebodied with muchly modified 1962 body parts. Kind of shocking to walk up and look at a 62 and see a late model C5 dash panel. A lot of creative work went into the fabrication. It was still a work in progress.

Well that explains why it handled a heck of a lot better than I expected from a 40+ year old car. It looked very cool.
