Default Opinions wanted on hancook r-s2

I'm close to needing tires on my '04 Z06. I noticed the good prices at the rack on hancook ventus R-S2, they are on close out. They've got the 315/30/18 for $139, a good price, but don't have the correct size up front. I can go with 245/45/17 for $78 or try and find two more polished 18" for fronts and get 265/35/18 for $99. Anybody have a similar set-up?

I went with 4 315/30/18. All rear Z06 rims. They look great. I took them to a autocross last weekend. I'm use to Kumho V710's and Hoosiers A6's. They are a typical street tire. I don't think there anything great. For your average driver that just goofs around on the street there fine. If your serious, get something like Toyo R888, or Nitto Nt01's.

The 275/40-17 will fit up front perfectly.

They are an above average street tire. Not as sticky as the best ones, but better than the stock tire IMO.

Great in the rain too.

My buddy runs em on his S14 240SX making 400whp... loves em. I like my Nitto NT-05s a little better but either is a great choice.
