Default Heat Cycling

I just bought a set of BF Goodrich R1 Tires. I'd like to heat cycle the tires and was wondering can I get the tires up to temperature if it's only 50 degrees outside?

if you can take them out for one session and then switch to different wheels/tires for the rest of the day...

I researched the process I was just curious if the outside temps matered much.

i have gotten track tires to operating temps at ~40 degrees outside temp
