Petit Le Mans Testing Photos
Hi Guys,
As some of you know, we spent the last month or so rebuilding the GT2 Corvette for this race.
We tested it last weekend, mostly in the rain.
Here are some pictures of the "Hot Shot Corvette GT2" that John Dagys took.
Thanks for all the support guys.

PLN= Paul L Newman. we raced against each other when we were starting out. he was 51 and I was 21. he was in a Lotus and I was in a TR3. then we both raced Datsuns in B/S. I even crewed for him once when I stopped racing a Datsun.

Lou,
Did you ever run into Dick Stockton from Philly. He was running Triumphs before he went to Cobras. Back in the day.
I hear he's back in Triumphs once again - SVRA.

Sounds like you practiced in the right environment!
Weather is looking pretty soggy down in the Atlanta area for the next few days, right through to the weekend!

Would the wet conditions (if it stays that way) help narrow the tire gap between teams, hurt even more, or really not matter??

Although, I don't know the answer ... but ... being prepared, and practicing in the conditions you will face during qualifying and or race is never a bad thing.
