Default Mongoose GS Race Car Pictures inside-RESULTS UPDATE!

Yesterday was a beautiful day and we had some sorting out to do. The car is very quick considering It would only rev to 5,500 RPM. We found later that the GM LSX/MSD ignition box was preset from the factory at 5,500 and we left all the software in Ohio. The BackDraft Cobra guys were first class in trying to round us up parts & actually had an LS1 in one of their cars. They had the harness adapter to go from my labtop to the car box. I downloaded the software from MSD and loaded it into the car and PRESTO! We now have 7,000 RPM but the day was over and did not get to test it out.

Now today it is pouring and we will not know what it will do as yesterday it was not even up to par. Great car and we will continue to work on it and get it dialed in, but look out cause it will really fly the next time it is dry!

I have the racing rains and plan to run anyway today so this should be interesting.

Aaron
