Signed up over the weekend; good group to run with. Gotta luv VIR. This is one of the best groups I have run with; lots of track time, events on time and good instructors. C5 XTC

I live about 90 miles or so North of VIR and I was at this same event last year and it was a bit cool. I think in the low to mid 50's. It varies though. Avg. High is 61 and Avg. Low is 37 (Danville, VA #'s). Keep in mine these are averages. Record highs and lows are a different story.
Yes, I just did the 10/10ths event myself. That was plenty of track time as well. It will be hard to top that for track time. I think I logged about 7.5 hours and about 640 miles of track time for that event. I'm also doing the coming up TrackDaze event for it will be my last event for the year. I'm relatively close to VIR so it's easier for me to go there.

I was across from you at the 10/10ths event a couple months ago. I don't know anyone else attending. The two guys setup beside me at the 10/10ths event, from my home area, Col Dave in the Silver C6 and Ben in the Red C6 will not be attending this event. Ben with the red C6 had a mishap at an event approx. a month ago and his car is almost totaled. Ill be the only one from my area this go around, that I know of. See you there.

Safety Car
I would like to come. I like doing the Trackdaze events but pilot bearing went bad due to bent shaft, so it will take 2 weeks to get shaft and get it in. Looks like I am done for the season. Too bad as my trailer delivered last week. Ya'll have fun.

Mother nature hasn't cooperated out here in Chesapeake with the rain and I haven't had a chance to get the car ready... hopefully I can catch a clear morning tomorrow and get it all loaded up in a hurry.

Great event and fairly good weather although a little cool second day but not bad at all. Much better than last years November event.
My third event with TackDaze at VIR in November. My first event with TrackDaze as instructor. It was also my first time on Hoosier tires, I had been running street (OEM) tires up to this event. I was looking for the limit on these tires both days and I finally found it on my last session on the last day down in turn 1. I didn't get off the track at all but I sure got it Sideways.
See all you guys next time. I think 10/10ths is planning an event for VIR in March 2010. I'm planning to make that one for my first event of 2010 but not positive yet.
