Default Stoptech ST-60 Caliper Length???

Can someone provide the "rough" overall length of a ST-60 caliper? I don't need it with the precision of a micrometer. Stoptech won't tell me and I can't find a schematic anywhere...

TIA.

Rick

Well, I don't have one handy, but I handled them plenty of times! I'd estimate roughly 11 inches long.

Just holding a tape measure near my wheel my ST-40 is 11 inches long, so I'd have to guess the ST-60 is closer to 13 inches long.

Why worry about the length? It's usually the width that's the issue?

That's specifically what the OP asked for, length.

Actually, the ST-60 is not much longer than the ST-40. The Brembo mono6 is a little more than 13" (and the ST60 is shorter), so the ST-60 must be in the 12" range. Ah the power of context clues!

Lol. I may just create a new profile, and go around to every automotive forum on the web writing that where applicable...which is just about everywhere!

I believe this confirms your guess.

For those wondering I'm curious if it's longer in length than the OEM caliper for cosmetic consideration.
