Default Fluids?

I am approaching a maintenance day and want to change all fluids in the process. I am running a SDPC 402 NA with forged internals. What type/weight of motor oil should I be running for spirited daily driving? Also what type/weight of transmission fluid (T56) and differential fluid (stock 3.42) should I use. Thanks for the input and I know, with the quality of many lubricants out there today, it is almost a "to each his own" answer. I would just like to hear some opinions however. Thanks for the help.

trans doesn't give you much choice, Dextron ATF. I use Mobil One since it is readily availble. For track duty, I also add a bottly of Pro Blend ATF additive (Water Wetter for ATF)

I also use Mobil One gear oil in the diff, with GM additive.

Redline, Royal Purple etc are all great products, but until I can pick it up locally at a reaasonable price, I'm find with Mobil 1.
