3 ***** Racing HPDE @ Mid-Ohio WHO's GOING?
Monday 5/24 3Balls racing event
www.3ballsracing.com
On Sunday the 23rd:
There is about 5 Corvette T1 cars signed up & we will be running a SCCA National Race if anyone is in town early and would like to hang with us. We will be running the club course configuration.
We are race group 3 so that would be about a 9:30 am race give or take. I am going to hang around after the race for some frosty beverages if anyone is coming up early. I will be helping instruct on Monday as well so stop by and introduce yourself. Black #21 C5Z in my avatar, should be in the upper paddock area.
Look forward to seeing everyone.

When two just won't do.
Aaron, I plan to leave the Detroit area around 9AM so I can come see the races Sunday afternoon. I will be more than happy to share a frosty one with you. Thanks again for helping instruct. It looks like we will have a great group.
See you there. I'm pretty easy to spot with the 40' grey trailer and the tube frame car.

Does anyone know if there are any Advanced or Instructor run group spots open. I don't want to instruct just come and pay to drive.
If so what are the passing rules in the instructor group?

You certainly cannot be referencing passing a certain couple of cars out there.
Photon does not take lightly to this, especially from a Blue Car
Me and Sam will be cooking out, bring some grub and join us.

Wow!! what a great time. Even though I didn't have a car (and might not for some time) I had a great time. I got to ride with about 6 different people and there was tons of open track the open passing in the afternoon added to the excitement. Riding in Cece AI car was a blast boy has he come a long way, once he gets a suspension in that beast he "will" be one of the top AI drivers in the country. I was equally impressed with Matt, Jay and Em. Getting a ride around Mid Ohio in a Truck was and experience as well, to bad Brad had brake issues...that was a hoot. and for the record my wife's TL was never on track. Great seeing you Aaron I just wish you had a passenger seat so I can learn all your secrets
