Default F/S 2000 Corvette LS6 Track Car T1

This car is not T1 legal now. It does have old log book from 02. It has full t1 suspension,It did have full cage when I bought it but I cut out halo bar and side bar to make it a litlle more street able and it is street legal. These bars can easily be put back in.Brand new ls6 with 3 year warranty. Replaced engine because the ls1 kept breaking timing chains. New kumho v710 on ccw 295/335-17. New carbotech 12/10 pads. New spec 3 clutch .Has Corsa ti exhaust. It does have a hitch and I will through in my tire trailer if I am not beat up to bad on the price .The car runs with c6 z06 and gt3's , but that just could be because I am a really good driver.. 22k You can pm me but it would be easier to call this weekend as I am driving in the lemons race and will not check on this site much. Billy 864 420 4906.

I'd be all over that if I didn't already have a C5Z. T1 suspension pkg, yummy.

What groups do you run with? I live in Greenville, SC and I run with NASA SE mainly at CMP and RA.

Good luck with the sale!

I mainly run hpde's with PCA (cmp,ra,vir ,lowes). I did do some NASA events and chin when I first started but pca is the cheapest and they allow their instructors to go out in all solo groups so I always get more than enough time. I checked into greenvills's vette club but there is no track programs ran by the local guys. I get my dose of w2w from lemons and chumps . I would like to do some time trials at some point.

I had put this car up for sale several months ago because I had bought a c6z06 but after running them both on the track I decided to keep the c5. But I just ruptured my achilles tendon and have to pay for surgery. So since I cant drive a stick for 3 months and need some cash she has to go. She is track ready ,just got through with 3 days at cmp. Always the fastest in any group. I also have a bunch of extras. Extra set of c4 zr1 wheels 17x10 and 17x12 and these measurments may be off but close.Mounted with Nitto's 295/315. The ccw's have r6 with 6 track days. New set of carbo 12/10. Set of ported and polished mallet heads that need new valves but cost 1800 just for the porting and polishing. Bunch of other small extras. Brake fluid, timing equipment, original parts, etc. New price of 22k. The new ls6 motor has the warranty and only has 6 days on it.

Guess you did not run in the LeMons last weekend then.

Do you happen to still have the cage pieces you cut out?

I did run in the Lemons. I was driving the batmobile. We were second overall after 4 hours and already thinking about how I was going to spend my nickles when our shift cable broke. We drove for a couple more hours in 3rd still in the top 10 when we had a wheel bearing go out. We worked on it till 1 am and did finish the next day some where around 50th and had a blast.
I just ruptured my tendon today at 2 . I am stuck on the couch untill I can see the surgeon in the morning. I do still have the cage and I only had to cut in one spot on each side to get it out. The rest does bolt in. I am not sure the brand of the cage but It was bought from D.Farmer back in 02.

The Saturn based one? I was working tech and black flag.

The prep level is awesome on some of those cars, cheating, but the prep is pretty good. Attrition hurt a lot of the front runners, and back markers..

I saw you there but you looked pretty busy. We are the Saturn based batmobile. We had a new team mate who is a 20 year veteran of club racing . He drove us from 62 to 5th in his first run and took I us to 2nd the next 2 hrs but it did take its toll on the car. We may get lucky one time and it hold together .
