How many of you are coming to BeaveRun? Yea small track but a lot of fun. Going thru turn 9 flat out [ if you can will pucker your butt ]. And coming out of turn 10 in American Iron/AL torque is a hoot.

You're right, Bus...Turn 9 can send the pucker factor right off the chart; I need a slight "confidence lift" just before turn-in there, just to settle the front end...then the moment the car turns in, it's foot to the floor and stick the apex...feels really good on the track-out to the braking zone for 10...
I won't be there, as I still am between cars...in the past I've only driven Porsches (a long story) at d' Beave, and wished for torque coming up the hill through 10 & 11 (just like climbing out of the toe-of-the-boot at Watkins Glen, huh?) ...I hope to remedy that soon though...
The best parts of BeaveRun are the blind apex in 7, the kink (9), and the climb through 10, 11 and 12 onto the front straight...the shortness of the track gets to me after a weekend, but hey, it's only 20 minutes from my house...

Rudy,
After your win at Mid Ohio in April I'm pretty sure some of the other ST2 guys, uh L98Terror, are afraid to make the trek.
I did see a couple of STR2 cars registered along with Davison in his Nascar truck too.

I got first place but I didn't win. Forbis was first and was about two gallons of gas under weight. My car and I could not beat Forbis if he was 100 lbs over weight. Forbis is a great guy. I felt bad for him. He has helped me out numerous time.

I'm working on coming, we'll see.
As for the Race, you were the highest finishing ST2 car, as nice of a guy Forbis is he was running in an ST1 car plain and simple, granted a very, very under powered ST1 car but a ST1 car none the least. The rules are pretty clear on that point.

The viper brother just registered both cars for ST1 and the twin turbo monster Faessler mustang for SU. Gonna be great watching all those high HP cars battle the beav.
Just a few spots left in the race groups.
