Default T1 dbl national line up @ nelson ledges this weekend

Great to see we have some cars! Look forward to seeing John Buttermore back out there in a C5 wooping up on us all. Maybe this will motivate C5 owners to come out.

Gonna take some black spay paint over and paint Normans car since he is the yellow odd ball.

Nice to see Buttermore back out there

I'm telling you Aaron, come West and you can race with almost a dozen C5s starting January!

Do you know if he's prepped to the rules limits with the new brakes and headers?

That's a good question. Headers I'm sure he is (JB's no dummy), the headers are the main reason people think they need to fear the C5's, yet none of us have produced the numbers everyone says "we are making". Brakes: I wouldn't be surprised if he's running the cheaper Wilwood 6pots, or even just C6 calipers with SS pistons. JB was pretty infuriated iirc over the adding 50lbs if you put a "real" brake system on the car. I'm very interested to see what he's running (and who's C5 he has for that matter). Whatever JB puts on the car is a very calculated and tested setup, he won't just throw something on because we can.

Very interested

Not sure, will have to see later when I see him. I don't even know who's car he is using but he is fast no matter what car or mods it has.

Stay tuned,

Aaron

He is driving a "loaner" car.

Congrats to Tom on both his wins this weekend. Stupid me, I dropped the LR tire off at the kink sunday and went into the grass & was unable to stop coming back on track hitting Sloe in the LR and spinning him. Glad he was ok with little damage and continued on to win. Grass does not have good traction and it was unfortunate he was in the wrong place at the wrong time from my mistake.

Shook hands and all is well. Great to see JB, he was just cruising around on street tires in a borrowed car to get his 4 nationals in and got em.

Sat race

Thanks for the update. Should be an interesting Runoffs with JB coming back out. Any ideas what car he will be showing up in? LS3 brakes maybe? Or do you think he has a C5 of his own laying in wait since it's the car to have (except for an F-car)
