Rear Shock Bushing Options?
I have Motons on my C6Z and have put poly bushings where I can but they still use the factory rubber shock bushing at the top in the rear.
After 26 hours of track time these bushings are all torn apart. Does anyone make a more durable alternative before I throw another set of rubber ones back in?
Thanks.

Two of the above part numbers and you are good to go. If they don't work send them back and I will get the cash back to you!

This is a very nice setup. It will work well with the Motons if they are the pin top version.

Thanks everyone.
Now does anyone know where you can send a Moton to get repaired? I just managed to break the adjuster off the top and shoot the fluid everywhere.
You know when you have the moment when you think you should just walk away and instead you keep going - yeah it was one of those...

pfadt nice a nice spherical style rear shock mount bushing now. similar to their spherical control arm ones. Never tried it, my buddy is getting them with his LG GT@ set up. I will wait to see his problems before I get them. Like all solid inserts, you might need to hone the ID of the lower to make these fit so sometimes you need a machine shop or tools to so it right.

Also, are the front and rear shock bushings the same? I know that my fronts appear to have a bigger washer on the bottom.
Right now I'm also stuck trying to get the nuts off the top of the pin. It looks like I need an unusually thin wrench so that I can hold the bottom nut while I loosen the top one - all the wrenches I have won't let the top nut turn if I put it on the bottom one.
What a mess...

tony@tcdesignfab.com is a certified Moton rebuild guy, as is Bruce at performanceshock.com (there's a Contact Us link there). Should be plenty of other Moton dealers/centers around, too.
