Hello from GT Racing Tires
Many of you already know me as Todd Z on the forum. I was working with another vendor but they have decided to do other advertising.
Greg Miller and myself sell race scrubs. We carry Pirelli, Hoosier, Michelin, Toyo and others. Our inventory often varies but we will almost always have tires in Corvette sizes. Our belief in what we sell is easy, If we wouldn't run it on our cars we won't sell it. Most everything we sell will have only one heat cycle and 75% or better rubber remaining.
If you need something we do not have. We will try and get it for you.
Most tires are $100.00 each or two sets for $700.00 plus shipping.
PM or call me at 414-350-6303. Greg's # 414-640-7218.

I am looking for "street tires". For me that means everything not an a6 or 710.
Z06 c5 size & oversize (from stock) is better.
I have never bought street tires for this car only a6 & 710 so not sure what might work.
Something like "high perf summer tires"
PS cup tires
r888?
etc.

Melting Slicks
I know your stock varies, but with all the interest in the 295/30-17 A6s it'd be great to let us know how often you get them in. It really is the million dollar question. I have 4 sets of stock C5Z wheels, but it's started to be really hard to find good scrubs in 17". Before I buy a bunch of wheels (I can't just run rears on the front because of my LG GStop brakes, they need a spacer that pushes the wheel too far out) I'd like to exhaust all options on finding 17" scrubs.
What about scrub slips, anything equivalent to a 275-295/30-40-17?

17" and 19" scrubs are very hard to get. Simple reason is very few pro series use these sizes. If you can run any size wheel for what you are running (HPDE, TT, etc.) it is best to use 18" on all four. You will be able to get scrubs easy.

Greg dropped me off a set of tires at Road America and they are very good.

Todd..
I need a set of R compound scrubs for 18 x 9 wheel and 19 x11 wheel of Z51?
Would like 255/30 -18 and 305/30 -19 in an R compound.
I could go bigger in the front but i DD sometimes and don't know if i'd **** off the AH/TC while puttering around the street?
and a scrub set of Hoosiers in 325/30 19 for the rear of Z06 (19 x 12) wheel.
