Default adjusting NPP exhaust

How do I adjust my NPP butterfly valves so they do not open all the way?

I will be driving soon @ Laguna Seca where the dB limits are pretty low: 92 dB's. I recently installed different exhaust manifolds and corresponding piping back to my original NPP exhausts.

I am concerned I may be black flagged after going through corner 5 and before I buy $100 worth of turn-downs, I am thinking I could possibly adjust the valves in my exhaust and keep things quieter.??

Can you put a lock collar on the actuator rod to limit the amount they open? (not sure which way that is limiting?)

Good idea. Sounds like a simple mechanical solution could be the answer.
Currently, I am out of the country, but will look into this option when I return.
Thanks
