Default Stoptech st40 fitment

Will the st40's clear stock c5 z06 wheels?

If not, what are my options? I don't want to buy a new set of wheels.

Thank you

Check a set of hoffman's T1 package. I think they should clear just fine, but verify. I think you need 55mm from the rotor to the spokes. But call him to check.

I had to use a 1/8" spacer to clear with aftermarket C5 Z06 wheels.
It just clears the caliper. Would feel better with 1/4".

I got Pfadt spacers instead of generic because they fit on the studs and don't move around like generic ones.

good to know.

anyone else have experience with this. Maybe the 1/8 is tight but if it works, why go with 1/4

just want to make sure I get the correct parts to begin with.

they will clear the rear 18x10.5 in OEM rims....most aftermarket rims have thicker spokes, and may not clear. The Stock rears will fit over most brake kits, but not all. I have to run 3mm spacers to clear the PFC kit.

Doubt it, it ships with a 355mm rotor, which is basically 14".

Hmm... There is an option for a 328mm rotor, which would fit, but has this note: RACE ONLY Deletes PB; Pistons Sized for Dual Master & Deleted Booster; Billet Steel Brackets; Pads Not Incl

If you decide to swap out some wheels to fit some BBK's, check these out from XYZ! Many sizes and options to choose from and the price is simply unbeatable!
