Great customer service at GT Racing Tires
I have purchased a few sets of scrub racing tires from Todd at GT Racing Tires and been happy with their condition and performance.
Recently I had one tire go bad on me right away with big cracks across the sidewall. I stopped running for the day, took some photos, and sent them to Todd.
He quickly got together with the tire manufacturer and diagnosed the problem. Even though they couldn't determine whether the damage came from the original race team or my tire guy, Todd offered to replace the tire in question free of charge.
The replacement showed up today on my doorstep and I just wanted to let everyone know that GT Racing Tires has excellent customer service.
